Any agreement entered into between a learner and a partner organisation is entirely separate from Enterprise Training Group.

Employment status, payment arrangements, and working terms (if applicable) are determined solely by the partner organisation.

9. Course Completion and Outcomes

While we aim to provide high-quality training and career support, we cannot guarantee outcomes, including qualifications, job offers, placements, or earnings.

Learner success depends on individual effort, attendance, engagement, assessments, and external factors beyond our control.

9. Processing Refunds
